Session Overview

This 3-hour experience is designed to be beginner-friendly and deeply restorative. It combines an Introduction to Mindfulness workshop with a Wild SUP Yoga session on the river, all set against the backdrop of beautiful natural surroundings.

  • Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop (1.5 hours):
    Start the day with a calming and insightful mindfulness workshop. Guided by an MBCT teacher, your team will learn simple, effective techniques to manage stress, improve focus, and cultivate a sense of inner calm that they can take back to the workplace.

  • SUP Yoga on the River (1.5 hours):
    Following the mindfulness session, participants will take to the water for a SUP Yoga session. This activity is not only about physical balance but also about finding mental equilibrium. No prior experience is needed—our expert instructors will guide everyone, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

This is an in-person experience

Days: Mon-Fri

Experience duration: 3hrs

Age Suitability: 18+

Standard rate: £49 per head for up to 16 participants.

Optional: Upgrade to include a locally sourced riverside picnic for an additional £15 per head.

Location: Set amidst stunning natural landscapes at Arden sailing Club in Defford, near Pershore, our sessions take place on a serene stretch of the river, offering a perfect escape from the office.

Arden sailing club is a private, peaceful venue with parking, changing facilities and hot showers all onsite.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing for both the workshop and SUP Yoga. We provide all necessary equipment.
